But yes, you can upload the video needed on YouTube, after that click on the additional button (the one with three dots). Click on the ‘Open Transcript). It will automatically transcribe the audio in the video into text together with time.
However, before that, you have to remember that Youtube transcriber is not too accurate, means you have to leverage the automatic video transcript. Firstly, you have to select your video and click ‘Edit’ > ‘Subtitles and CC’ > ‘Add Subtitles or CC’> choose your ‘language’ > ‘Transcribe and Set Timings’ > ‘type the transcript’ in the space provided (by doing this, YouTube will automatically know that it has to pause the video coherent with you typing makes it transcription more accurate) > select ‘Set Timings’ after you satisfied > Done.
Google also can offer an excellent transcription feature in the Google Docs; hence you have to make Gmail account before access to this feature. Google Docs a processing tool that functions in creating text documents right in the web browser.

You can also try to do this by using your phone as some said microphone on the phone picks up less background noise compared to the laptop.

This is another technology designed to be able to pick up on human speech and convert it into a written text. You can upload your audio onto the ASR software, and it will do the rest.
